  1. Parking
    • $22.00 - Overnight self parking

    • Not available in all guest room types, based on fire codes
  4. Refrigerators
    • Available upon request
    • Limited availability and are on first come first serve basis
    • $15.00 one time fee
  5. Pool
    • Pool hours are 7AM to 10PM
    • Pool area can also be reserved for private parties
    • Please contact the hotel prior to your arrival for pool availability, although availability is subject to change without notice.
    • Should the pool be closed during your visit the hotel will provide a list of alternate arrangements at nearby hotels.
  6. Pet Policy
    • We are a pet friendly hotel
    • Maximum allowed weight is 40lbs
    • There is a one hundred dollar $(100.00) non-refundable pet cleaning fee and a fifty dollar ($50.00) non-refundable pet cleaning fee for each additional pet.  A credit is required on file.
    • Due to aggressive nature the following breeds are not permitted:
      • Doberman
      • Pit Bull
      • Miniature Pinscher
      • Staffordshire Terrier
      • Rottweiler
      • Giant Schnauzer
      • Chow Chow
      • Old English Sheepdog
    • Pets must be on a leash while in public space.
    • Guest comfort is our number one priority and therefore boisterous behavior can not be tolerated. This includes excessive noise as well as any aggressive behavior.
    • Pets are not allowed to be left in rooms unattended. After all, you wouldn’t want to hear someone else’s barking dog, right?
    • Please notify your front desk associate that you are traveling with a pet
  7. Packages
    • The hotel charges a handling fee for all packages received
  8. Credit Cards
    • Credit cards accepted: American Express (AX), Diner’s Club (DC), Discover Card (DS), JCB (JC), MasterCard (MC) and Visa Card (VI)
  9. Debit Cards
    • Full payment for all reservations is secured at the time of check in.
    • If you are using a debit card, the amount for your entire stay's room and tax, in addition to $50.00 per night for incidental charges is automatically removed from your account. Same is true of a credit card.
    • Any left over authorization is released at the time of check out. However, it may take up to 10 business days for your bank to deposit that money back into your account.
  10. ATM & Checks
    • ATM is located on the 3rd floor
    • Checks may be cashed up to $50.00 per day at the front desk. Gold and Platinum SPG members may cash up to $300.00 per stay.
  11. Tax Exemption
    • Federal government employees traveling on government business with a valid form will be exempt from occupancy tax (8%). In order to be exempt from Sales Tax the guest must present either a check issued by the Federal Government Agency or a Government Issue Credit Card whose first 4 digits are either 4486, 4614, 5568 or 5565 and whose 6th digit is either 0, 6, 7, 8, or 9.
    • Unless the card has the necessary digits it is not considered a valid exemption card and sales tax of 8% cannot be exempted.
    • All other organizations including non profit and out-of-state government employees are not exempt at all.
    • State of Georgia agencies are automatically exempt from occupancy tax with the presentation of a valid exemption form. In order to be exempt from sales tax the guest must present either a check issued by the State of Georgia agency or provide an agency credit card.
