SHERATON ATLANTA HOTEL APPOINTS NEW NATIONAL SALES MANAGERS
ATLANTA, GA. (September, 2003) - Steve Houser, director of sales and marketing for the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel is pleased to announce the appointments of Ed Hauptmann and Vicki Penchosky. Both experienced hospitality industry professionals, Hauptmann will handle the hotel's association and corporate business in Chicago and the Midwest and Penchosky is responsible for a multiple market mix.
Prior to joining the Sheraton Atlanta, Hauptmann served as sales manager for the Westin Peachtree Plaza where he handled the Chicago and Midwest markets and director of sales and marketing for the Atlanta Marriott Gwinnett Place for seven years.
Previously, Penchosky was director of sales and marketing for the West Coast Grand Hotel on Fifth Avenue in Seattle. Penchosky is a member of Meeting Planners International, American Society of Association Executives and Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International.

The Sheraton Atlanta Hotel, owned by Amerimar Enterprises, Inc. and Angelo, Gordon & Co., is located in the heart of lively downtown Atlanta, two blocks from Peachtree Street.
