  • ATLANTA, GA (November 2005) – The Sheraton Atlanta Hotel, which recently added a $10 million Conference Center with 33,000 square feet of function space, is undergoing an enhancement of its original 50,000 square feet of meeting space, according to General Manager Kevin Kobishop. That space will feature new carpet, new furniture, enhanced lighting, new wall coverings, upgraded hardware, and new paint.
  • May 31, 2005 - One lucky meeting planner will have one million reasons to celebrate his or her booking at the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel, as the downtown Atlanta property will award the winner later this year as many Starwood Preferred Planner Starpoints™ for booking his or her company's event there in 2005. Quarterly winners of 100,000 points also will be announced this year.
  • March 2005 - The Sheraton Atlanta Hotel, located in the heart of downtown Atlanta, has completed the addition of a $10 million Conference Center, according to Managing Director Paul Breslin. The new facility offers 33,000 square feet of function space, bringing the hotel's meeting and event space to 83,000 square feet.
