On behalf of our entire company, I would like to express my gratitude for services rendered by the staff at the Sheraton Atlanta during our recent convention. The Sheraton staff members welcomed us warmly, made numerous helpful suggestions, anticipated challenges, and responded to our requests promptly. It was truly a pleasure for the SPN staff to partner again with the Sheraton to ensure that the 2009 SPN convention ran smoothly.  The staff members’ dedication to the jobs they performed during our stay made the convention a huge success in the eyes of our participants as well. We heard many highly-favorable comments from attendees about the hotel staff, and this is certainly not a typical response. We could not have asked for a better venue to hold a meeting. Every single person that we had contact with was professional and made everyone feel welcomed. Your staff should be commended for all the efforts made to make our meeting so successful! Even the board commented on the how wonderful the hotel was to work with. Please thank all of those who we worked with and those that we just passed in the hallway who said hello or asked if any we needed assistance - they were wonderful! The Sheraton truly shows everyone they come in contact with that Customer Service is one of the key components of success!
