Guest comfort is our number one priority and therefore boisterous behavior can not be tolerated. This includes excessive noise as well as any aggressive behavior.

Packages

The hotel charges a handling fee for all packages received

7.
Debit Cards
a.
Full payment for all reservations is secured at the time of check in
b.
If you are using a debit card the entire amount for room and tax (room rate + 15% tax * the number of nights) in addition to $50.00 per night for incidental charges is automatically removed from your account. Same is true of a credit card
c.
Any left over authorization is released at the time of check out. Debit Cards however can take up to 10 business days to receive the credit back to the originating account.
8.
Tax Exemption
a.
Federal government employees traveling on government business with a valid form will be exempt from occupancy tax (7%). In order to be exempt from Sales Tax the guest must present either a check issued by the Federal Government Agency or a Government Issue Credit Card whose first 4 digits are either 4486 or 5506 and whose 6th digit is either 0, 6, 7, 8, or 9. Unless the card has the necessary digits it is not considered an valid exemption card and sales tax of 8% is therefore applied to the bill.
b.
All other organizations including non profit and government employees from states other than Georgia are not exempt at all.
c.
State of Georgia agencies are automatically exempt from occupancy tax with the presentation of a valid exemption form. In order to be exempt from sales tax the guest must present either a check issued by the State of Georgia agency or provide an agency credit card.
