"I just wanted to compliment one of the staff in your Engineering Department. My wife and I traveled all the way from Sacramento. We met your staff member at the train station and he was kind enough to not only give us directions but to help us carry some of our luggage for quite a few blocks. For a week-long stay, we had quite a bit with us. He went way out of his way to make us feel comfortable and was very helpful and obviously did something he did not have to do. It's very rare that you get service like that anymore, as we do a fair amount of travel. I just want to take the time to thank you and hopefully you will thank him and take good care of him because he's a very valuable employee. There's not many great people like that- a very genuine guy. So thank you very much and hopefully he will be in your employ for quite a while."

She's like my second mom and my home away from home, and she got some beautiful things for my little one year old daughter Yasmine. We had a wonderful time throughout the stay. Banquet service was very great. They served our group all week and brought the coffee and the drinks and all the little breakfast items.
