Meetings that actualize between October 1st, 2011 and June 30th, 2012 are eligible. Meetings must be contracted by December 31st, 2011 to be eligible for promotion. Not applicable to meetings contracted at the Sheraton Atlanta prior to September 15, 2011. Secret Santa gifts will be determined based on size and scope of each meeting booked. The gift receiver is responsible for any required disclosure.
